Mr. and Mrs. Carl Hoffmann of Canton, Ohio and Mrs. Jessie Dailey of Culpeper were guests last week of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Johnson. Houseguests this week of the Johnsons are Mr. and Mrs. B. J. Ingram of Hampton and Mrs. A. W. Laine of Mechanicsville.
Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson were in Culpeper Monday on business. Mr. and Mrs. Johnson attended a supper given by the young people of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church Thursday. Helen Lawrence of Fairfax was a weekend guest of Mr. and Mrs. Brew Burke.
Saturday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Clark and Misty Hitt were Mr. and Mrs. Collier Fox of Luray.
The Woodville Homemakers Club met Tuesday evening at the church with nine members present and a potted flower exchange was enjoyed by all.
Wendy Helmer of Castleton was a Saturday overnight guest of Kristi Ann Johnson.
Clyde P. Johnson attended the AAA Spring Golf Tournament in Washington, D.C. Monday.
Charles Lee Quaintance of Highland Falls, N.Y. returned to his home Friday after spending several days with Mrs. Julia Wood, Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Wood and Henry B. Mr. Quaintance was called here due to the death of Dr. Carroll Quaintance.
The Rev. and Mrs. B. Gale Titchenell attended the pastor’s church relations meeting at Culpeper Baptist Church Monday. Miss Sue Titchenell arrived Friday for a weeks vacation from Mary Washington College, Fredericksburg.
