I would like to express my thanks to those who donated to me during my door to door campaign for the Red Cross. There is a lot more work to be done. We will continue to solicit more donations. I thank all the other door to door workers: Mrs. Roberta Jackson, Mrs. Charlotte Freeman, Mrs. Mable Glasker, Mrs. Bessie Grigsby, Mrs. Mary Lee Frye, Mrs. Lillian Aylor and Mrs. Rachael Aylor. There are more door to door workers, but I do not know them. I hope to know them some day. The total collected in Rappahannock County will be published at a later date. Many thanks.
