interest of James William Brown certain real property of which James William Brown died seized and possessed consisting of two parcels of 3.0 and 18.0 acres, respectively, both situated near Amissville, Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and more particularly described in the Bill of Complaint filed herein. An affidavit having been filed stating that there are nonresident Defendants, Defendants whose addresses are unknown, and Defendants whose identities are unknown and who are joined as "Parties Unknown", it is hereby Ordered that the above named Defendants and Parties Unknown, who are all heirs, devisees, assigns and successors in interest of James William Brown, appear in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, on or before June 4, 1979, and take any actions necessary to protect their interests. It is further directed that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News. Enter this 13 day of April, 1979.
