Ihe annual road hearing before resident highway engineer Don Askew and the Rappahannock Supervisors at last week's board meeting was considerably shorter and quieter than some of the marathon sessions in years past. Most of the dozen or so petitioners went home assured by Askew that improvements for their roads were included in the county’s six-year plan approved last year.
