All Rappahannock County farmers who have planted acreage of fall-seeded crops (wheat, barley, oats and-or rye) must certify to this planted acreage no later than May 15, 1979. This is a requirement of all farmers regardless of participation in the set-aside program. This acreage needed for history records and for nonparticipating farms, will be used only as a record of activity on the farm. Farmers who fail to meet this certification date will be recorded with zero production and a yield for 1980 will not be established.
