The Rappahannock Athletic Association will hold an organization meeting for summer baseball on Thursday, May 31, at 7 p.m. in Trinity Episcopal Church parish hall, Washington.
The Association now in its third year, has conducted instructional baseball and soccer programs for youngsters and recreational volleyball and basketball for adults.
“We’re going to need all the help we can get for baseball this year,” said RRA president Guy Foster. Volunteers are needed for coaches, umpires, statisticians and groundskeepers. Anyone interested in helping with this countywide youth program is urged to attend Thursday’s meeting.
