The Rev. Aubrey Jackson, pastor of the Little Forest Baptist Church in Woodbridge, will be the guest speaker at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Amissville Sunday, June 3 at 3 p.m.
The program will benefit the Willing Workers Club. Everyone is welcome.

New York
Cadette Girl Scouts in Rappahannock are planning a trip to New York the week after the close of school. They have raised most of the money for the trip themselves; however, they were very grateful for the donation of $100 recently from the Rappahannock Lions Club and for the prizes contributed by area merchants for their April Fun Fair.
On the New York trip they will spend a day sight seeing in the city and a day in Philadelphia, also. Part of the time the group will be camping out with a troop of New Jersey Cadettes.
Troop officers elected for the coming year are Susan Dennis, president; Shannon Streagle, president-elect; Dawn Watson, secretary and Wendy Helmer and Kristi Johnson, bookkeepers.
