Although they approved the use of only one camper connection, the BZA members issued no orders for dismantling the 12 additional hook-ups to sewer, water and electricity at the site. The 13 connections were installed last year without approval from either county zoning authorities or the health department.

Under the property’s residential subdivision zoning, neither campgrounds nor churches are allowed as a matter of right.
