There may be no “legal” conflict of interest in Mr. Miller’s appointment (that may yet have to be decided in the courts), but there is an ethical and moral conflict of interest. If Mr. Miller is the honest man of integrity he was touted to be last night he would acknowledge this ethical and moral conflict and not accept this appointment.
