Thursday, May 29, is the last day Rappahannock residents may register to vote in the June 17 referendum on the method of school board selection.
On June 17, voters will decide whether to remain witji the current method of appointment by electoral trustees or change to appointment by the board of supervisors, the only two options currently allowed under Virginia law.
To register new voters or those who have not voted in an election in the past four years, the Registrar’s will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
