NOTICE
Pursuant to Section 15.1-431 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, and Article 173 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Rappahannock County will consider the application of Donald Brown of 5106 Richardson Drive, Fairfax, Virginia 22032 for an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County and, in particular, to rezone his property (tax map no. 32) located on U. S. Highway 211, three (3) miles west of Amissville, Virginia, from Agricultural (A-1) to General Business or Commercial, on March 18, 1981, at 7:30 p.m. in the Courthouse, Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia.
The aforesaid amendment and application are available for public examination at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. All persons affected by or interested in said application may appear at this hearing to present their views.
