Chris Foster is an active participant in the athletic program at RCHS and has been involved in many but track seems to be his main interest. He is also active in some clubs.

Chris received his first letter in track in the ninth grade and the following year broke the high jump record and was one of four who broke the 880 relay record. In his junior year he broke the high jump record again with b'3” and was cited as the most valuable field participant. He will be in the track program again this year and has high hopes.

He played a year of JV baseball and a year of JV basketball, has been a member of the Varsity Gub. 4 years; VICA. 3 years and the AAU Track Club, 2 years.

His interests outside of school include hunting and ping-pong, water skiing and softball, and, exercise to keep in shape. '

Chris would like to'go into masonery when he completes school; and after learning the trade, go into contracting. His other interest is in farming.

The person having the most impact on Chris' life is his grandfather, he said. His grandfather has told him a lot about the past and showed him much about farming and done much, much more for him.
