Easter Eggs. which symbolize the rebirth of spring, have been intricately decorated for centuries by the Ukranians and has been a religious ritual for most Ukranian families. The designs on the eggs are done with a special tool called a kistka using beeswax, then dyes. Materials needed for the craft are inexpensive and the whole family can enjoy working on the eggs together.
The Country Store has a large collection of eggs and will have them on display.
The necessary equipment for making these eggs will also be available at the store.

Benefit Game
The Rappahannock Athletic Association will sponsor a double header evening of basketball excitement at the Rappahannock County High School this Saturday, March 14.
The 6:30 p.m. tip-off time will see a woman's game with past graduates of RCHS taking the floor against Lady Panthers still in school.
In the second contest, the Rappahannock Rebels softball team will trade their spikes for sneakers and face teachers from the elementary and high schools led by RCHS varsity coach and former Luray star Jimmy Logan.
Admission will be $2 for adults and high school students and SI for elementary students with preschoolers admitted free. Proceeds from the benefit game will support the RAA summer youth baseball program.
