NOTICE

Pursuant to Section 15.1-431 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, and Article 17-3 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Rappahannock County, Virginia will consider the application of Carson B. Johnson, Trustee to rezone that certain tract or parcel of land containing 144.122 acres, more or less, less and except any portion of said land lying within the limits of the Town of Sperryville, Virginia of which Piedmont Land Trust is currently contract owner, - and which is currently owned by John P. Kalas and Jeanette W. Kalas, Trustees, from the Agricultural (A-1) District and Conservation (CV-1) District to the Residential Subdivision (RS-1 District, on March 18, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. in the Courthouse, Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia. Said land lies on the western side of State Route 600 running from the Town of Sperryville to Old Hollow. The aforesaid amendment and application are available for public examination at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. All persons affected by or interested in said application may appear at this hearing to present their views.
