Senior Play
"The Wizard of Oz" will be presented Friday and Saturday, March 20 and 21 at Rappahannock County High School with curtain time set for 8 p.m. The dramatization by L. Frank Baum will be directed by Don Bomberger. RCHS faculty member.
The story is especially designed for school age children and the young at heart and has been produced and reproduced many times over the years, and enjoyed by young and old.
DeeDee Grant in the role of Dorothy finds herself in the land of the munchkins, and must journey to see the Wizard of Oz, played by Eric Niskanen. Her path takes her through fantastic places and endears her to the Scarecrow, Chris Hitt; the Tinman, Jimmy Tomko and the Lion, Jona McKay.
