In conclusion, Kilpatrick acknowledged that a new high school can’t be built for $1.3 million, estimated cost of RCHS expansion recommended by the superintendent of schools. "But this is not the time for another patchwork job on the high school we have. Adding a few more classrooms and continuing to use the three trailers the board bought for temporary use two years ago is a waste.
