Mrs. John Creel of Culpeper was a Wednesday guest of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Wayland. In the afternoon Mrs. Creel and Mrs. Wayland visited Mrs. Chloe Brown.
Joel Daczewitz returned home on Thursday after a week’s visit with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Daczewitz in Timberlake, S. D.
The Rappahannock 4-H Livestock Club met at the home of Timothy Falls on Saturday for a hay ride and picnic lunch.
Mrs. Layton Falls of Warrenton was a weekend guest of Mr. and Mrs. James Falls and Timothy. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Falls of Warrenton joined them for lunch Sunday and they visited relatives and friends in Luray in the afternoon.
Mrs. Betty Grigsby and Mrs. Katie Wayland visited Mrs. Dewey Brown in Culpeper Sunday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Clark and Misty Hitt were Sunday luncheon guests of the Edward Corker family and the Dick Lowmans in Beaverdam. They were evening guests of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Bauchman in Culpeper.
Mr. and Mrs. Buster Hitt, Frankie and Winfrey entertained at their home on Sunday with a birthday party for Mrs. Hitt’s mother, Mrs. Virginia Jenkins, who is a patient at Rose Hill Nursing Home in Berryville.
