Friendship Follies Postponed
The Rappahannock Booster Club is sponsoring the Friendship Follies on October 23 at the ' 'Elementary school. High School students will attend an all-day workshop with the Young Dominion, a Fauquier County 4-H performing arts group and put on a public performance that evening, also at the Elementary School at 7:30. Parents, students, and the public are invited to [ attend. The event was originally planned for October 16, but postponed because of a conflict in the Fauquier group’s schedule. Please note the 1 change.
Ruritans Host Dinner
Tbe Amissville Ruritans invite the public to attend the club’s annual spaghetti dinner set for 1 Saturday, October 23, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Amissville fire hall.
Dinner includes spaghetti, salad, bread, iced tea > or coffee. Advance tickets are $2.50 per adult. $4 for all you can eat, $1 for children under 12 and $0 for the family plan.
Advance tickets may be purchased from any member of the Amissville Ruritans or at T.C. Barron’s Viewtown Store on Route 642. Tickets at the door will be an additional $1 and 50 cents higher for children.
