Civil War Battle
On Saturday. October 0. at 1:30 p.m. Colonel ’ Donald Stumbo and the re-activated Mosby’s Rangers along with Stonewall Jackson's reactivated Company A of the Army of Northern [ Virginia and the 10th New York Heavy Artillery will re-enact the Battle of Front Royal fought on May 22. 1862. t
The re-enactment will take place on the Randolph-Macon Academy campus behind Samuels Library. It is being sponsored by the i Heritage Society as the highlight of Front Royal’s Fall Festival of leaves Celebration. Oct. 0-10.
