“On behalf of the Rappahannock County Unit, I would like to thank Ethel Bailey and Joanne Bankston for their great efforts in helping to make our work a complete success. Due to their dedication, we exceeded our quota of subjects for the study in this county," the local CPS II chairman said.
“I would also like to thank the 30 families who participated in the study and the Rappahannock News. Without the cooperation of those individuals and the newspaper, the project would not have been possible." Mrs. Konick added.
She noted that preliminary results of the epidemiological study will be available in two years.
