Paul Nichols attended a V. D.A.C. meeting in Richmond on Friday. On Saturday he attended the football game at VMI, Lexington and was accompanied home by his son, Doug Nichols, who spent the weekend here.
Mrs. Mary Blaisdell and Mrs. Fred Pearson of Front Royal spent Friday in Charlottesville.

The charge wide Bible study group of the United Methodist Church met last Tuesday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Carson Lillard with fifteen present.
Mr. and Mrs. Bill Dennis of Jackson, S. C. visited with Mrs. Robert Nethers on Saturday. Saturday evening, Mrs. Nethers with Mr. and Mrs. Bob Lewis visited in the F. D. Coffey home at Sperryville. Sunday visitors were Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Nethers of Stephens City and Mr. and Mrs. Ranny Aylor and Heather of Sperryville.
