With the stipulation that their support applies only to bonds for the Group Home Partnership’s project, the supervisors unanimously endorsed the Partnership's effort to seek bond financing through Warren County's Industrial Development Authority.
(The inducement resolution sought from the Authority is only the first step in a bond issue. It provides the menas for getting private funds invested in the project. If private investors are attracted, the interest on the bonds will be tax exempt, allowing the Group Home Partnership to pay less than the going interest rale to finance construction of the 120-bed facility.)
