NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Section 6-1-3 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance, and Section 15.1 431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of November, 1982 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse Building, Washington, Virgina, the Town Council of the Town of Washington, Virginia will hold a public hearing to consider the application of the Rappahannock Coynty Board of Supervisors for a special use permit in accordance with Section 1-2-11 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Washington to construct a radio dispatch transmission tower adjacent to the jail on Blue Ridge Avenue.
A copy of the aforesaid application is on file at the office of the Zoning Administrator. Interested parties are requested to be present at the said time and place or to address their written comments to the Town Council in care of the Zoning Administrator prior to the public hearing.
