Kappahannock’s Junior Varsity Panthers fared no better than their more experienced counterparts as the Junior Dragons of William Monroe dominated in a 80-19 game last Friday at RCHS.
The Dragons held the lead and controlled the tempo from start to finish. Monroe scored first but the Panthers fought back with a basket from Craig Williams to tie it at two all. But Rapp never got any closer as the Dragons built an 8-4 advantage at the quarter.
