Mr. and Mrs. David D. Bliss of Yokota Air Base, Japan announce the birth of a daughter, Kellie Elizabeth, on December 29, 1983, at the Yokota AB Hospital.
Kellie’s grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Donald E. Bliss of Lewisburg, Ohio and Mr. and Mrs. Murphy J. Reid of Castleton.
Mrs. Frances Reid of Culpeper is the great-grandmother.
Mr. and Mrs. Bliss have a son, Aaron, who is almost three.

To Dean s List
Two students from Rappahannock have been named to the Dean’s List at James Madison University for the fall semester.
Steven L. Hensley of Castleton and Anthony M. Armentrout of Woodville both achieved a grade point average of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale while carrying a course load of at least 14 hours.
