The Woman’s Society of Christian Service of the United Methodist Church is .scheduled to meet on Monday, April 16 at 7:30 p.m. at the home of Mrs. Dabney Eastham.

The Rev. Merlin Shorb and Mrs. Barbara Gentry attended the Bible study class with Mrs. Emma Swindler at Sperryville last Tuesday.

Mrs. Grady Vest, Crystal and Renee Vest and David Caliso attended the wedding of Russell Nicholson and Alice Fogil at the Marlow Heights Baptist Church at Front Royal on Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Roger Welsh, Ryan and Courtney of Mt. Airy, Md. spent the weekend with their mother, Mrs. Roland Welch at “Mountain View". Visiting on Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Lu,m and children of Winchester and Mr. and Mrs. Claude Foster.

Mrs. Ethel Pullen and Mrs. Debbie Wimmer spent the weekend at Norfolk visiting Mr. and Mrs. Stan Sadowaski, Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Pullen and Angela Enroughy.
