The object of this suit is the adoption of the minor child, Richard Jesse Donohue, bom November 26. 1978, by William Henry Heisserman of Star Route Box 309, Huntty, Virginia 22640, and the change of name of the said Richard Jesse Donohue to Jesse Hampton Heisserman.

An affidavit having been made that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of the said Randy Thomas Donohue, and that his last known post office address was 2626 E. Street, San Diego. California 92109;

It is ORDERED that the said Randy Thomas Donohue, natural father of the said Richard Jesse Donohue. appear before this Court on or before June 1, 1984, to do what is necesary to protect his interest in this cause.

It » further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, State of Virginia, and that a copy be posted at the front door of the Courthouse, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication.
