November 1 is the <Jeadline for filing land-use applications, Merle Scoggins, Commissioner of Revenue, announces. This includes applications and renewal forma, she notes. People already in the program should have received renewal forms by mail; they should be signed and returned by November 1. People who want in and have not received an application form can pick one up at the Commissioner of Revenue office.
