French Slaughter first ran for public office because he wanted to serve his community and state by helping shape public policy. He believed then that elective office provided a unique opportunity to help make Virginia a better place to live, work and raise a family.
He still believes that’s true. That’s why he is a candidate for Congress from the 7th Congressional District.
With the help of Senator John Warner and Congressman- Kenneth Robinson, President Reagan has changed the course of government for the better. But there is much more to be done.
Your vote is either a vote to strengthen the Democratic team who want to raise your taxes, or for French Slaughter and the Republicans who want to hold /our taxes down.
