NOTICE

NOTICE The Planning Commission of Rappahannock County has raoaivad and forwarded to the Advisory Committee, an application for the establishment of an Agricultural and Forestal District in the Wakefield District of Rappahannock County, Virginia. The application is made pursuant to Chapter 36, Section 15.1-1509 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended. Pursuant to Section 15.1-1511 of the Code of Virginia, notice is hereby given of the following. (i) The aforesaid proposal is on file and open to the public inspection in the office of the Clerk of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors. (■0 Any municipality whose territory encompasses or is pari of the proposed district may propose a modification in any form deemed appropriate by such munidpaNty.

(Hi) Any such modification must be ffied with the local Planning Commission within thirty (30) days of the filing of the original proposal. (rv) a) The Proposed district includes dl lands intended to be included in the district and no further proposals by the owners desiring such rfiatrlct will be considered at the time of such application. b) Any owner included in the proposal may withdraw his tad. in whole or in part, at any time untH the local governing body makss a final dedaion as to the constitution of the district. c) Additional qualifying tads may be added to this dMrict after Ms creation upon separate application pursuant to Chapter 36 of the Coda of Virginia, 1960 as amended at anytime fofiowing such creation. (v) At the termination of a 30-dey period from the date of toe Wing of said application, the proposal and proposed modHIcations wM be submitted to the Board of Supervisors and toe Advisory Committee.
