Section 10-1 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973 also is amended to read as follows:
(Second paragraph) Except as otherwise provided in Section 9-7 as amended, structure or sewage disposal systems shall be set back fifty feet (500 on grade or more from any river, stream or floodplain.
