A third concern to Willis is the continuing dog problem. "We need to figure out a way to enforce our dog ordinance,” she says.
Between the advocates of nogrowth and those seeking large-scale Willis finds a reasonable path. "Our commercial businesses here are appropriate, tasteful and add to the town. We should be able to expand in a limited way with similar businesses,” she says.
Like other council members new and old, Willis has a strong feeling about the town of her birth: “We have something so special here, so unique. It’s exciting to be a part of this wonderful town. The future to me looks very bright.”
