Robert Haywood Dwyer, 70, of 8perryville, died on Friday, October 19 at University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville.
A native of Rappahannock County, Mr. Dwyer was employed by the Fairfax County School Board. He was the son of the late Jacob Samuel and Franeaa Lee Manuel Dwyer.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Loretta Clater of AmissviUe and Mrs. Frances Smoot of Culpeper; one sister, Mrs. Ida Cornell of Sperryville and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted on Monday at the Geest-Johnson Funeral Home in Culpeper by the Rev. Gary Utx. Burial was in the Washington Masonic Cemetery.
Pallbesrers were Jim Dwyer, Richard Dwyer, Jeff Dwyer, Ajidy Dwyer, Buck Atkins, Brian Atkins, Sammy Dwyer and John Allen Atkins.
