Indonesian Pork Sate
Marinade - mix all ingredients in medium sized glass or pottery bowl.
V4 cup soy sauce
Va cup lemon juice
lVi tap. minced garlic
1 tsp. fresh ginger
1V4 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. brown sugar
