Wayne Cilimberg, executive director of the Rappahannock-Rapidan Planning Commission in Culpeper, updated the authority on another of the areas that has claimed the authority’s attention in the past. The authority had been advised that there would be some property owners who would have to have the electrical systems in their homes upgraded to handle the septic pump that will be installed.
