Plus, the Gore’s son, Ricky and his wife, Beverly and their 8 year old daughter, Jan, were there for lunch and good times. Jan just loves to visit her grandparents-she always checks on how the garden is doing and if anything needs picking.
Her grandparents have been teaching her gardening since she was a wee thing and now she can’t wait to help pick. Grandmother Gore says that Jan has been thinking about becoming a teacher when she grows up and she is also pondering the thought of having a few boyfriends included in her future plans. HummmH! According to Debbie, she has to be there in case a problem arises during the birth, such as, the mare decides to stand up and Debbie has to catch the foal to avoid having him land on his head. Or those lovely, long legs get twisted, and the baby can’t get those feet out first like he’s suppose to!! Could be a problem there. Wow—and we humans thought we had a rough time of it! Ha!
