The possibility of combining some of the duties and coordinating efforts on hiring with the board of supervisors was brought up. Authority chairman, Bob Dennis, asked Cilimberg and the members to contact other systems in the area for suggestions on how to handle the financial and personnel management of the plant. Cilimberg said that he would discuss the question with the supervisors, too.
“We have been talking about all of this for a good while, and now it’s time to be doing something,” Gore said.
The WSA then went into executive session to discuss legal matters.
