Mrs. Sue Grant Thornhill, 83, of Culpeper, died on Saturday, July 13, at the Virginia Baptist Home.
Graveside services were conducted on Monday at Fairview Cemetery in Culpeper by the Rev. Ronald Wiley.
A native of Rappahannock County, she was the daughter of the late Weldon A. and Mazie Leathers Yowell. Mrs. Thornhill was a homemaker and a member of the F.T. Valley Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Y. Willis and Mrs. Grace T. Yowell, and a brother, Hugh A. Yowell, all of Culpeper.
Clore Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
