On the evening of the 4th between 100 and 150 people of all ages gathered at the entrance of the Rappahannock County Park, and the entrance to our property which adjoins the Park, to watch the fireworks at Avon Hall. Usually, of course, when there’s a crowd of that size anywhere there’s a lot of litter left behind, but the next morning there was no litter -
