Mrs. Metzinger named these to serve on the By-Law’s revision committee: Mrs. Carlyle Crigler, Mrs. Woodruff Kearns and Mrs. James Weaver. Mrs. James Harkness, Flag Chairman, stated that she had purchased and presented an auditorium United States Flag to the Piedmont Technical School and she displayed a plaque which expressed the school’s appreciation for the flag.
Mrs. Margaret May and Mrs. Clifford Miller were hostesses for this February 18th meeting held at the Culpeper United Methodist Church.
