Magician to appear David Ginn and his Magical Wonder Show will appear March 8 at Fauquier High School. The event, sponsored by American Legion Post 72 and the Pepsi Cola Bottling Company of Warrenton, begins at 7 p.m. “In the Magical Wonder Show we carry the big stage illusions — things like the guillotine, floating a girl in mid-air, Houdini’s trunk mystery and others,” Mr. Ginn said. Between routines, magician Ginn invites audience volunteers on stage to assist in the skits. Tickets are available by mail (American Legion Post 72, Box 1105, Warrenton, Va. 22186), or they can be picked up in person at the Jefferson Savings and Loan Association or at the Pepsi plant or any of its drivers. Tickets also are available from any Post 72 member and Rankin’s True-Value Hardware. Tickets are $4 in advance and $5 at the door. Mr. Ginn will conduct a four-hour comedy-magic workshop on Friday, March 7, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at FHS. The workshop costs $12 in advance or $15 at the door.
