Letters to the editor The Rappahannock News invites and encourages its readers to send letters to the editor. Letters on matters of public concern are welcome. Whenever possible, letters should be typed and double-spaced. To be considered for publication, they must bear die writer’s signature, address and daytime telephone number. The best letters are concise. The letters column is not intended to list names of those have volun: teered time or money to a project, nor is ita forum to eulogize those who have passed away. ‘ Letters will not be censored except for matters of libel and good taste and may be cut topieet space limitations.
