MOBILE SCREENING VAN is coming to county.
Free screening for vision and hearing
The Rappahannock Lions Club will conduct free screening in the Lions Mobile Screening Van which is equipped with a soundproof hearing testing booth and the latest in vision testing equipment. The van is also used to provide diabetes and non-contact glaucoma testing for adults.
The cost of operating the screening van are borne by the Lions Clubs of District 24-A with proceeds from their fund raising projects including fruit, apple butter, pecan and broom sales.
The screening tests will be provided in the county on Tuesday, March 11, Wednesday, March 12, and Thursday, March 13,1986.
