Annie Updike
Annie Dale Moore Updike, 75, died April 17 at her home in Front Royal.
Mrs. Updike was bom Oct. 30, 1910, in Rappahannock County, daughter of the late Bernard Francis and Lena Anne Walters Moore.
She was a member of the Front Royal United Methodist Church, the Mary Burruss Bible Class and the Sub-Unit 5 Rachels of the Front Royal United Methodist Church Women, all associated with the Front Royal Extension Homemakers Club.
She was also a member of the Loving Service Circle of The King’s Daughters.
Her husband J. Shirley “Ward” Updike predeceased her.
Surviving are two sons, Bernard M. Updike of Front Royal and James W. Updike of Clearbrook,
