“These are positive tools for planning, and the people should be able to use them without apprehension,” he said.
“We need to explain them better, and we need for everyone to understand that the town is basically a collection of small home owners with the same or similar interests,” he said.
The candidate is very positive about the town: “I don’t have any preconceived notions about how the town should grow,” he said. “It’s growing in many ways, even if not in density. It’s growing in enthusiasm, spirit and the diversity of activities going on. It’s getting to be, more than ever, a desirable place to live.”
