REGARDING STATE AGENCY REGULATIONS Notice is given, in compliance with Section 9-6.14:7.1 of the Code of Virginia, that the following public hearing regarding proposed state .agency regulations will be held to afford the public with an opportunity to express views.
The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries has ordered to be published, pursuant to Sections 29-125, 29-126 and 29-127 of the Code of Virginia, the following proposed amended Commission regulation applicable Statewide. A public hearing on the advisability of adopting, or amending and adopting, the proposed regulation, or any part thereof, will be held at the Virginia Beach School Board Building, Virginia Beach, Virginia, beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 16, 1986, at which time any interested citizen present shall be heard. If the Commission is satisfied that the proposed regulation, or any part thereof, is advisable, in the form in which published or as amended as a result of the public hearing, the Commission may adopt such proposal at that time, in whole or in part.
