I he Adminstrative Board of the Flint Hill United Methodist Church met last Monday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Walter J. Curtis.

Members present were Mr. and Mrs. M. H. Brady, Mr. and Mrs. Emory Russell, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Duvall, Mr. and Mrs. Moe Walker, Mr. and Mrs. Carson Lillard, Mrs. Robert Eastham, Mrs. Douglas Bywaters, Mrs. Paul Miller, Rev. Merlin Shorb, Charles Foster, Mrs. Barbara Gentry and Mr. and Mrs. John Miller.

Enjoying a picnic recently at Pinnacles on the Skyline Drive were Mr. and Mrs. Robert Pullen, Margie Menefee, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Pullen, Jr., and Robbie, David Menefee, James Menefee, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Southard, Donnie Southard and William Southard of Rock Mills, Ethel Wharton, Mr. and Mrs. Tony Jenkins of Sperryville, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Clatterbuck, Heather, Patrick, Brian and Nathan of Reva.

Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Duncan and children of Broad Run and Mark Graves of Warrenton were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey Lillard.

Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Lum and children Jessica and Jillian of Winchester spent Sunday with Mrs. Roland Welch at her home Mountain View.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lillard of Front Royal visited Mr. and Mrs. Frank Huff last Tuesday. The Huffs’ daughter Mrs. Rick Kinsey and sons Keith, Kevin and Scott of Front Royal were their supper guests Monday.

Mrs. Linda Pierpoint and son Ned, Jr., of Alexandria spent Saturday and Sunday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Lillard. Rue Purcell of Woodbridge visited the Lillards Tuesday.

Mrs. Christine Vest visited her granddaughter Patsy Vest last Tuesday at the home of her parents Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Vest in Woodville. Patsy is recuperating from injuries received in an auto accident. Visiting Patsy Wednesday were Mrs. Doris Vest and Mrs. Renee Calisto.
