| GREETINGS, IN THE
l NAME OF JESUS
g Do you know that the name of Jesus is above every name that is named? (Eph. 1:21) In John 16:23, Jesus is speaking: “and in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.” So, according to Jesus' words you don’t pray to anyone except the Father God. But you must pray in Jesus’ name. The reason for this is without the blood of Jesus, you and I would still look like sin to God. But, praise His Holy Name, thru the precious blood of Jesus, God the Father sees us perfect as Jesus is perfect.
Another point in successful praying is this: Jesus said men ought never to faint. Look at Luke 18:1 in the Amplified Bible; (this is simply the King James Bible amplified) “Also Jesus spoke to them a parable, to the effect that they ought always to pray and not to turn coward, faint, lose heart and give up." I say, hold on with tenacity, like a bull dog. In Mark 11:24, Jesus speaking, “Therefore I say unto you, what things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” When I pray for something to change, I only pray that prayer one time, then I stand fast that I have the answer, believing it is settled in heaven. Then I just thank Him for it in Jesus' name. You keep believing, and it will come. THAT’S FAITH.
