Mrs. Alice Grigsby of Flint Hill was a guest of the Dodsons Sunday.
Miss Carolyn Dodson of Dumfries had dinner with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dodson on Thanksgiving Day.
Mrs. Mattie Hackley and Mrs. Mae Settle of Rixeyville were guests Sunday of their sister Nellie Nicholson in Stephens City.

CCLC host its first
Christmas bazaar
Santa will be arriving at the Child Care and Learning Center Saturday, December 6, from 10 a.m. to noon to help celebrate the Center’s first Christmas bazaar. Frank and Esther Schmidt of Franklin Photographers will be donating their skills to photograph the children with Santa (in memory of Matthias Beck). The pictures will cost $5 each.
A Children’s Shopping Room will be available so children can shop for their families. All items will be under $1 and gift wrapped for the child.
