William Frazier William Franklin Frazier, 64, of Chester Gap, died Nov. 27 at the Veterans Administration Medical Center at Martinsburg, W. Va. He was a retired foreman in the pipe shop at Avtex Fibers Inc. Mr. Frazier was born May 11, 1922, at Huntly, son of the late Benjamin Franklin and Ruth Lee Dodson Frazier. He served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. His wife Ella North Frazier predeceased him. He is survived by a son, Charles D. Frazier of Chester Gap; three daughters, Mary F. WilIF
